Call
for Papers
We
invite submissions of extended abstracts for
the review process. Authors of accepted abstracts will
be asked to submit a full paper and to present their
ideas on the MCPC 2003. Full papers will be published
in a soft copy format and may be included in future
books or journals edited by the conference chairs..
The
congress does not intend to claim copyright, thus, we
will proactively help outstanding papers to be published
in widely circulated journals.

Authors whose extended abstract meet the review
criteria will receive a formal invitation to submit
a full length paper for publication in the conference
proceedings, with instructions for final preparation

We
also collect ideas for workshops, mini-tracks and panels
from the MCP community. Please submit an abstract about
the sub-theme for review until December 31, 2002 via
e-mail to info@mcpc2003.com.
Workshop-, Mini-track- and Panel-Chairs make their own
selection of presenters and can issue a sub call for
papers.
