Topics of Interest

The MCP'03 Congress will observe the relevance of MCP from six different perspectives, each carried out in a main research track: The first track especially addresses the scope of the MCP'03 congress and is complemented by more general tracks, which are Management and Economics, Design, Manufacturing and Logistics, Information Science and Technology, Best Practices and Case Studies.

We welcome all papers that seek to clarify theoretical and practical questions in the field of MCP. Submitted papers will be channeled into one of the research tracks for review and presentation. We encourage submission of papers that fit within the following (sub-) tracks and will be especially interested in papers that address issues from an interdisciplinary perspective.

Presentations will be focused on learning from entrepreneurial excellence, practical business models, case studies and management experiences that relate to MCP in various industries, e.g. consumer electronics, apparel, services, media goods, etc.

However, topics are not limited to these fields. Feel free to submit any proposal you find appropriate.

Submissions can take the form of completed research, research-in-progress, or panels and debates. To facilitate review, we encourage authors to identify the type of research and the track from the above table at the time of submission.
